Ms. Huidor is a Research and Evaluation Coordinator for UCLA SMP. She collaborates with Graduate Student Researchers on program evaluation, analyzes student achievement data for SMP programs, and supports the work of SMP faculty members. Other responsibilities include the overall evaluation design; developing, testing, and administering of data collection instruments; designing, conducting, and performing data analysis; developing and maintaining databases for survey, questionnaire, and interview data; conducting site-based evaluation activities; collecting, inputting and generating written and oral reports based on collected information. She is currently pursuing her doctorate at UCLA in the field of Social Science and Comparative Education, with a concentration in Race and Ethnic Studies.
