Instructional Leadership Institutes
Faculty
The Faculty Team provides on-site coaching support for client schools and districts. This team designs and facilitates the curriculum for UCLA SMP institutes and initiatives. UCLA SMP faculty also present at national conferences, write for UCLA SMP publications, and work with the Executive Director to negotiate and secure contracts with schools and districts.
